Our team are here to help and assist you to reach a satisfactory conclusion. Goods may be returned to us for up to 21 days from date of receipt. If goods are to be returned then please provide details in writing to us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted, so please inform us before returning goods and we will then acknowledge this. Post and packing costs cannot be refunded. If you exercise your right to cancel under the regulation the ownership of the goods will revert to CA-Southern.

Exceptions to the Right include OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) software, digitally delivered (downloaded) software and software which has been unsealed which is neither returnable nor refundable. This is due to the product activation code, license or license key code being exposed / visible or the seals broken. These items will remain the property of the consumer and will not be credited.

The return regulations impose a responsibility on the consumer to take reasonable care of any goods that have been supplied. The obligation applies before, as well as after, the consumer has given the notice of cancellation. The provision is designed to ensure such goods can be sold as new again.

Products returned by you within the 21 day period referred to above will be refunded in full. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the Product to us.

If you cancel this Agreement and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event within 30 days of the day we received your notice of cancellation.

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the original manufacturer. We warrant to you that any Product you purchase through the Site will be of satisfactory quality and ‘fit for use’. Product images used on this Web Site are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Product and manufacturer names are used only for the purpose of identification.

International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

• We do not either sell or dispatch internationality prohibited items. If items are seized by custom officials outside of the UK National Borders we will not be help responsible or liable under any circumstances.

• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional P&P charges.

• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - International government regulations prohibit such behaviour.
