Our Policies

Checkout

• We only accept payments using Pay Pal
• We do not charge a surcharge for using Pay Pal  
• Payments not received within 5 working days of the close of the auction, bidders shall be issued with reported as an unpaid item.
• If you have problems with your Pay Pal account please contact Pay Pal directly about the problem, and please contact us in order to prevent us from filing an unpaid item report.
• All our prices include VAT and for all business users a VAT invoice is issued with all our items.
• Please be aware that any auctions or items bought over a weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. In addition to this we do not process orders on bank holidays therefore any items purchased or auctions ended on a bank holiday weekend will not be process until the next working day.

Shipping

• We only ship goods on the receipt of a confirmation of payment e-mail from Pay Pal

• The buyer pays for all postage costs

• We post to any UK location.
• We do not ship internationally and so UK bidders only.
• Please be aware that we ship between Monday and Friday and not over the weekend. In addition to this we do not ship items on bank holidays.

Returns

• Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.  
• To arrange a return please contact us by sending a message through eBay. Please can you include the item number, the date the item was purchased and the nature of the problem?
• It is the responsibility of the buyer for all costs associated with returning an item.
