We at Card-Crafts are totally committed to everything we do and will continue to provide you with quality products at affordable prices and a fast friendly service.

Combined Invoices
We will happily combine invoices for up to 3 auction days up to a value of 8. (Royal Mail cover to this value). We can go above this value but the customer will be required to pay any additional insurance costs.

Postage
We at Card-Crafts want you to have the best but do not want you to pay more than you choose. We therefore offer a 2 Tier postal system on all items won or purchased from us. You choose...

Option-1 Royal Mail First Class postage system.

Option-2 Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. The extra cost is currently 65p per parcel (not per item).
If you want to be more sure of your delivery please add the additional amount to your invoice before paying. If you do not add the extra amount option-1 will be applied.

All our items are carefully packaged in quality air bubble lined envelopes and are clearly addressed

No Quibble Guarantee
In the unlikely event of a lost parcel the following will apply: Royal Mail require 30 days for any missing parcel therefore we will not be able to do anything within this period. At the end of the 30-day period we will, write to you and offer you the option of a full refund or we will happily resend the items again.

Missing parcels are not common but it could be frustrating if it is your parcel that is why we offer you the 2 tier postal system. Out of 1500 sales 3 items are undelivered.
1 item never turned up our customer was happy with the way we dealt with this
1 item turned up on day 29!!! Our customer was informed through out and was happy we had done everything we promise to do.
1 item is still in its 30-day period and will be dealt with promplty to our customers satisfaction.

Only 3 items are undelivered out of 1500 First Class items posted.
Of these only 1 is definitely missing that is a very small percentage of the items we sell worldwide.

Be assured we do everything possible to ensure your parcel is posted quickly, safely and clearly. Recorded delivery is also available for a small fee for those who want to be more sure of their mail.

Please do check our feedback ratings and comments left by our customers. Note also the high number of returning customers. We do hope you will join them soon and we can provide you too with top quality items at affordable prices. Don't foget... we will also combine invoices for up to 3 auction days to save you money on P&P

Delivery Address
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the delivery address listed in eBay is the one they wish to use. Sending an email or a message with a PayPal payment confirming another delivery address is not satisafactory due to the speed we pack and despatch and the 100's of emails generated during an auction period.
