| Exchange / Return
Please email us via eBay with clear photos if your item becomes faulty within a month of purchase or wrong item received within 7 days and we will replace it.
If you wish to return your item for any other reason within 7 days, we will offer full refund when item is sent back under resell condition.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We only offer refunds to items that reach us. Please include your eBay ID to avoid delay with refund.

Payment
We accept payment by PayPal only.
By PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.
Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal need to allow at least 10 working days to clear, Your item will be dispatched within one working day when payment is cleared.
If a paypal payment is not possible, please contact us for alternative payment methods.

| Shipping
All items are in stock and are dispatched within 24 hours of payment. Items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the following working day.
UK Delivery– Royal Mail 2st Class – 3 working days, but not guaranteed.
Europe & Ireland – Royal Mail Airmail – normally 3 to 5 working days, but not guaranteed.
USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail Airmail – normally 5 to 7 working days, but not guaranteed.
Due to items sent by 2nd Class is not classed as lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days for UK (20 days for Europe, 25 days for Rest of the world) after the due date, we will NOT send replacements for items not received within this period.
We do NOT accept local pick up.

General FAQ's
Q: When can I expect to receive my item?
A:We dispatch items within 24 hours of payment, expecting days for UK buyers - 3 to 5 working days, for European buyers - 5 to 7 working days, for rest of the world - 7 to 10 working days.
Q: Why haven't I received my item after the expecting days have passed?
A: We apologize in advance if this happens. maybe it has been delayed somehow by royal mail, maybe it's gone lost. we can guarantee that your item is posted once payment has been cleared. but after we send the item, there will be several steps to go through before reaching you, so please give it a few more days, the item should reach you anytime within 15 working days. If after this period your item still hasn't arrived, please let us know, we'll resend another one.
Q: Why do i have to wait for 15 working days to get the lost item resent?
A: according to Royal Mail policy, an item is not considered of being lost within 15 working days for UK, 20 days for Europe, 25 days for Rest of the world. we will NOT send replacements for items not received within this period.
Q: As a buyer, how can i trust you that you have truely posted the item?
A: our auto-labelling system pick up your postal info from paypal IPN and auto-print the postal labels, so if your item been paid via paypal, then the postal label will be there and your item will be packaged accordingly. We also do double check before sending items out, so there is no chance to miss-package your item.
Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?
A: We apologise in advance if this happens. Refer to our "Exchange / Return" policies, Please email us with clear photos via ebay, we will replace it with no extra charge.
Q: can i have any postage discount if buy multi items?
A: For 2 to 4 items (included 4), if you combine them, you'll automatically get discount. For 5 items or more, please contact us.
Q: Why is the cost of P&P more than the cost of a stamp?
A: Our postal charges include delivery charges, packaging and handling charges. please make up your mind before bidding our items. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.
