Conditions of Sale

1.I will ensure the accuracy of any statement of attribution, origon,date and age of any item that forms part of the description, including all faults and damage to the item, prior to listing

2.I will take responsablity for all items being in good working order, prior to sale, and that they comply with safety regulations.

3.The Kidz Shop will not be liable for events beyond their control.

4.Liability is limited to the the final auction price paid by the buyer.

5.The Kidz Shop will not be liable for any taxes or custom fees due on items purchased from them when sent to another country.

6. You have 7 days to contact me if you are unhappy with your purchase (under distance selling regulations) and 14 days in which to return it (E-bay regulations)

7.This does not effect your statutory rights.

8. If any problems arise the governing law is British law and will be dealt with under that system.

9.When placeing a bid you are agreeing to the terms set out above.

Privacy Policy

The personal information that I will be processing relates to name, addresses and e-mail addresses only.

1. I will use names and addresses to ensure items are sent to the correct addresses.

2. I will use this information to monitor where items are going, for my business use only.

3.I will not sell names

, addresses and e-mail addresses to any 3rd party, or give them to any one who requests them.

4. Names and addresses will be used as part of my business accounts (which is permisable under privacy law).

5. No name, addresses or e-mail addresses will be stored electronically on a computer, once they have been printed.
