Hello all!
Welcome to ‘about us’.
Who are we? We started trading on eBay back in March 2004 from a tiny room, originally just selling a few boxes of DVDS. Today, the different products we sell number over 200. We now have a warehouse in North East London to store goods, although our admin and day to day business is still run from our Essex address.
Our aim is to provide quality goods at a very reasonable price and despatch them within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. We try to give as full a description on our auction listings as possible. If there is anything we have missed or you are not sure about then feel free to ask – we aim to respond to all questions usually within a matter of a few hours or sooner.
Discounts on postage will nearly always be made where more than one item is purchased and paid for at the same time on just one invoice (this saves on fees). If a discount is not stated on the auction listing and/or invoice please email us to check. If you wish to purchase several items and obtain a larger discount we will be delighted to hear from you.
Payment can be made by PayPal which is the easiest and quickest method, but we do also accept cheques and postal orders from our U.K. customers. Please, please realise that we have to wait 5 working days for cheques & crossed postal orders to clear. (sorry, no exceptions). We do ask that payment is made within 5 days; we don’t think this is too much to ask. Please do not bid on our items if you can't accept this or do not intend to pay as we always report non payers
Deliveries can sometimes go astray. Please do not get angry, it doesn’t help, just make contact to allow us to sort it out as quickly as possible.
Satisfaction is our aim, but we realise that occasionally for whatever reason a customer may not be totally satisfied. Communication is the key, if we don't know about a problem we can't do anything. Email us and we will do everything in our power to sort the problem out as quickly as possible.
For your peace of mind we offer a No Quibble 14 day guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase simply return item in the same condition that it was received and in the original packing within 14 days for either a full refund (less postage/packing) or a replacement or a shop credit. Of course if the item is faulty or damaged we will replace or refund in full. (please also see feedback below)
Feedback is important to us; we are running at about 99% positive but will not be satisfied until we reach 100%. Once feedback is left for us we will do likewise. Please contact us before leaving a neutral or negative feedback as we can probably sort out any problem that you may have. You can view a sample of our feedback comments below.
Compatibility All our games & DVDS are PAL Region 2 (UK/Europe/Australia). Buyers from other regions should check that they have a machine capable of playing such items.
