We are passionate about what we do.  All our items are inspected prior, during and after being made.  They are checked again before we send our items and all items are very well packaged for their journey to you.

We all know that from time to time problems can happen and we can assure you of one thing we will not let you down.  We go by the motto that 'its not the problem that matters, it's how you deal with it'.

If you have any questions at all please feel free to e-mail us and we will get back to you as soon as possible

Most of our personalised mugs give at least 10% to charity and amongst the charities we give to are The British Legion, Help for Heroes Fund, Great Ormond Street, Blind Dogs, Dogs for the Disabled and the list goes on.

If there is a particular registered Charity that you would like us to support from the sale of our mugs then please feel free to send us an e-mail.
