Payment

Our preferred method of payment is paypal. Paypal protects a buyer up to the value of £500.00. Simply buy and checkout using the paypal checkout system.

If you wish to pay by credit card simply email us at sales@collarandcuff.co.uk to advise us of your ebay user name, item number and telephone number. We will call you at a time suitable to you to take your credit card details. We use a secure online terminal via paypal using CSC secure technology and accept all major debit and credit cards.

If you wish you use your intenet banking facility please email us and we will provide details of how you can pay by bacs or credit transfer.

We do accept cheques. Please make your cheques payable to Collar and Cuff. Please allow 5 working days for clearance.

We accept postal orders. Please ensure you send any postal orders first class mail.

Postal Rates

In all instances we strive to ship your order the two days after payment. If there is a problem with your order we will advise through ebay email. if you are not happy with our service/product please let us know and we will move heaven and earth to rectify the situation.

If your order is urgent please email us and we will strive to meet your deadline.

We combine postage on all our multiple buy cufflinks for £0.50 per set of cufflinks.

All our p&p costs are based on weight as per the UK Royal Mail tariff including full insurance.

UK - First class - £1.99 - 1/2 days delivery

Rest of the world - First class - £3.99 - 3/5 days delivery

Outside of the EU we complete a customs form CNN 22 to ensure speedy delivery.

All high value orders / Silver Cufflinks are dispatched first class recorded delivery.

We obtain proof of posting on all purchases.

All cufflinks are packed in a Royal Mail approved Aircraft quality bubble padded envelope for extra protection.
