My wife and I started trading on Ebay in July 2003 just to clear out various bits and pieces which we no longer needed (bit like Cash in the Attic).
Among the things which we listed were various toys which my daughters no longer played with, they had discovered boys.
The toys in particular sold really well so we decided to open an Ebay shop,Toys'n'That, and to register as an Ebay Business.
We specialise in toys for the pre-school and early years and we source all our toys from one international manufacturer.
We pride ourselves on giving the best service possible to our customers including same day dispatch on orders received before 3.00pm, and a 14 day returns policy. See panel below)
We aim to maintain the highest standards and proof of this can been seen in the comments left on our feedback.
Once a year we suspend our Ebay operation to spend a week at our Lakeland Timeshare. It is in beautiful surroundings where we can relax and recharge our batteries.

Seller's return policy:
Any goods found to be faulty or not as described will be eligible for full refund
subject to them being returned in the condition that they were dispatched.
Goods returned due to incorrect ordering or any reason not the fault or error
of Toys'n'That will be credited less the cost of outward shipping.
All our listings and descriptions are as accurate and comprehensive as possible.
99% of our toys are new and unused but occasionally we obtain ex display goods.
This is always pointed out in our listings and any flaws, if there are any,
are shown in the pictures on the listing.
