None faulty goods or wrongly ordered items may be returned within 7 days of delivery,
The initial postage charge will not be refunded

All second user items have superficial cosmetic marks any greater damage will be described on the individual listing

Payment:
For UK orders we accept Cheque, Postal Order, Paypal, Nochex, Bank Transfer, and Credit Card Please Note items purchased by Credit Card can only be delivered to the card holders registered address

None UK Payment:
For None UK Orders we only accept payment via Paypal

Post Auction Contact:
We will contact the winning bidder via email within 24 hours of the end of the auction with full payment details.

Collections:
Under no circumstances may goods be collected
Do not purchase any item unless you are willing to pay the carriage charge.

Shipping:
PLEASE NOTE: For operational reasons we do not ship goods on a Wednesday.
For Non UK delivery charges please email prior to purchasing.
Items are sent either via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, or Citylink Couriers.
Items are shipped within 3 working days after payment is received regardless of payment method.
Any items that are returned to us by the Post Office or Courier due to none delivery/collection due
to customer unavailability, carriage will need to be re-paid to re-dispatch.

Returns:
Damaged on Delivery items or Shortages must be reported within 48hrs of delivery.

If any item or component proves to be faulty either on arrival or within the Warranty Period (Maximum 30 Day Return To Base, If Different It Will Be Stated On Listing)the item must be returned for testing (No later than 7 days after the warranty period has ended) and/or replacement or refund. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer
Computer Reclaim must be contacted and an RMA reference will be given.
If the item returned proves not to be faulty after re-testing, or has been subject to abuse a £7.50 re-testing fee will be charged, the return postage costs must also be paid by the customer.
The cost of returning none faulty items is the responsibility of the buyer, Postage charge is not refunded.

We will ship another item or refund if item is not delivered withing 15 working days (UK) 20 days (Europe), and it will require a signed non delivery form , which you can fax or scan and email it to us. This is to avoid false claims.
