Payments

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Paypal (email address is ebay@contrac.co.uk).

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of the close of auction. We reserve the option to revoke the auction and file a Non-Paying Bidder alert if the payment is not received within seven (7) days. If the item is a collect item, or you have opted to collect from our stores you will have to collect within seven (7) days of the close of auction. If you do not collect within seven (7) days we reserve the right to resell the item. We will extent that time period if you communicate with us and let us know a firm date of collection. Please note that the item and the collection fee will have to be paid in full before collection.

All of Contrac store's selling prices include VAT at the prevailing rate - Purchasers will receive an invoice from Contrac for all items.

Delivery

We offer a Next Business Day (NBD) delivery service on item/s up to 20kgs. Any item(s) over 20kgs will be sent via a courier service on a three to five (3 to 5) day service. All of our deliveries will require a signature, so please select a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for the item/s. When paying, please provide a phone number for someone who will be in to sign for the delivery in case there are any problems with finding the address given.  For special delivery requests and appropriate charges please contact ebay@contrac.co.uk. Collection may also be possible – 9am to 5pm weekdays only.

Returns

If you have an issue with an item you have purchased from ContracStore, please contact us immediately.

Fixed Price Items: Any goods supplied on this basis that are then Unwanted, need to be notified immediately and returned Unopened and in the Original Packaging within 14 days of purchase. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Faulty/Damaged Goods: Faulty Goods must be notified to Contrac within 7 days of purchase and Contrac will then arrange for their collection and (following assessment of the fault) will refund the full purchase price

All Returns: You must email ebay@contrac.co.uk for pre-approval on all returns. Items returned without pre-approval will not be accepted. Contracstore will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, this number must be clearly printed on the outside of all returned packages. Items sent without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. If you have a question about returns contact ebay@contrac.co.uk quoting your eBay item number plus a description of the problem.

Insurance.

Goods are insured by ContracStore up to a value of £100. Items of greater value than this can be insured at the Purchaser's expense for an additional fee (please e-mail ebay@contrac.co.uk if you require additional insurance). Alternatively, Purchasers can arrange their own insurance - please be careful to insure for the full retail/replacement value, if necessary.
