It's cheaper to shop there, so go check it out. Although it's a lot of work but I'm getting there.
I'm in the midst of adding items in there. So please bear with me. Trying to get use of the tools and jargons.

Postage & Delivery Information
Postage cost are clearly stated on each auction page. Therefore please buy / bid after you're satisfied with the postage cost as they are non-negotable (of course, combined postage is available for bulk purchase). Postage is worked out based on actual cost provided by Pos Malaysia in getting the package to you which includes packing materials and trips to the post.
CraziBoutStamps & MyCraftyPlace constantly try to provide the best postage rates to you. If you have any enquiries, please ask first before committing to buy/bid as we will not negotiate once the item is bought / auction ended.
For MULTIPLE PURCHASES, 1st postage is calculated whichever higher first (based on each auction page) then each additional item is charged at 50% OFF.
Items are shipped out using Pos Malaysia Normal Airmail Service. Trackable (Signed For / Registered) delivery is available if customer choose to add an additional GBP1 charge on top of postage cost. This is shown as 'Insurance' when you received your eBay Invoices. Kindly note that this is not insurance for your purchases but for signed for/registered delivery option.
I will notify buyers on insurance especially on bulk or wholesale purchases.
Delivery is done once a week only. Please allow up to 21 - 28 working days for delivery. Delivery times may vary as it is provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please expect delays during peak periods.
Customers will be notified via email when items are despatched.
If your item does not arrive within the stipulated time frame, please email and notify me.
Proof of posting is obtained for all items sent. Proof of posting certificates are kept for a period of 3 months.
PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTAGE COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ALL RETURN POSTAGE IS AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED.
Stock availability
CraziBoutStamps & MyCraftyPlace aims to deliver goods after payment clears. We do not keep stock. We produce our stock to order as a way to keep our cost down which we turn it to discounts and savings to our loyal customers. Therefore, please make purchases only you have ample time to wait. CraziBoutStamps & MyCraftyPlace will adhere to its 28 working days delivery.
Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases, please ensure that you contact CraziBoutStamps@gmail.com or MyCraftyPlace@gmail.com first.
Items must be returned within 14 working days for a full refund (exclude P&P) if items are damaged or not as specified. As CraziBoutStamps & MyCraftyPlace is located in Malaysia, therefore it's not advisable to post the item back. We will honour refunds by means of credits to your next purchase which is 50% off the value which you have paid initially (exclude P&P).
