I first became a member of eBay in 2002, mainly buying items for myself and family, and slowly plucked up the courage to sell a few items that were lying around the house and cluttering up the garage.

Since then I have developed a full time business and employ part time staff to help out on a day-to-day basis, mainly selling brand new DVD's. All our items are brand new and genuine. We are also registered with HMRC as a business and listed on eBay as a business seller.

Below, you will find the boring, but nevertheless, very important information regarding postage, terms and conditions etc.

Terms for Bidding and Buying

Like most people who sell on eBay, receiving payments quickly is very much appreciated and this also ensures you receive your item/items quicker. We would appreciate it if all payments are received within three days of the auction ending. If you anticipate a delay, please let us know so we don't send payment reminders or file unpaid disputes with eBay. If a payment takes longer than seven days to reach us, and we have not heard from you, the item will be relisted and a non paying bidder alert will be filed with eBay. This very rarely happens, but we thought it worthwhile to point this out. Please don't be offended by it. 

Feedback

We always leave feedback for our customers and would be grateful if you could do the same. Should you experience any problems, please inform us straight away before leaving feedback. We have a saying that no problem is too big or small that it can't be sorted. We value our strong feedback and would like to keep it that way. We also believe in 100% customer satisfaction and pride ourselves on that.

Payment

We accept a variety of payments for your convenience. The most common is Paypal which is free for buyers to use and send secure payments. In fact we prefer this service. Please not that international buyers MUST pay using Paypal. We do not accept foreign cheques or money orders. We do accept UK cheques (made payable to cs-marketplace). These usually take five working days to clear before goods are sent out. Postal Orders are also welcome.  

Postage, Packaging and Delivery 

We aim to pack and ship all items very quickly and always use quality packaging, either bubble bags, boxes or strong weatherproof bags, to ensure your items are received in perfect condition. We pride ourselves on this, and you can be assured of our best service at all times. Most items that are purchased and paid for will be posted within twenty-four hours, and in most cases, the same day.

We use Royal Mail for the vast amount of deliveries, and as you will see from our listings, a lot of the items you buy already have Recorded Delivery included in the price. If this is not included, you can always add this valuable protection to any purchase you buy. It ensures your delivery will take place, and, if in the very unlikely event that something goes wrong, you will be covered by Royal Mail for compensation. We also ALWAYS obtain a certificate of posting, and will claim against Royal Mail for missing items, in line with their terms and conditions of waiting 21 days for inland missing items and 25 days for all international items.

Most inland items arrive within 1 - 3 days, however, we ask you to wait 7 days before contacting us regarding a missing item (10 Days for International items). If your item was posted by Recorded Delivery, we will be happy to chase this up for you, and in most cases, your item is probably at your local sorting office waiting to be delivered. We can provide the tracking number at anytime if you require this. If you at all concerned, please email us and we will do all we can to help.

We also charge a very fair amount for postage and packing, and never grossly overcharge like some sellers do. We think this is totally out of order and spoils eBay for everyone. Also, should you buy more than one item from our listings, please ask for a revised postage cost. We are always happy to combine postage and can give a true calculation before you buy, should you wish to know what you will be paying. Just ask. We welcome all enquiries. 

Returns Policy

Should your item arrive faulty, please inform us of this straight away and we will supply you with an address to return the goods to for either a refund or exchange. This should NEVER happen as ALL our clothing and keyring items are quality checked before being despatched for both your piece of mind, and ours. As for all our DVD's, these are all brand new and factory sealed and if returned under the 14 days 'cooling off' period should remain this way. Open or broken seals will not be accepted back under current 'Distance Selling Regulations' You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. If you wish to return any item for reasons other than faulty, postage costs will be the buyer's responsibilty. We abide by the Distance Selling Regulations.
