Terms And Conditions

All items must be collected within 5 working days, after this time we will refund you minus our ebay costs.

If you wish to collect your items from us our opening times are 10am until 5pm weekdays only however if you wish to collect at weekends this can be done by private arrangement with one of our staff. This normaly costs £20 to cover time and fuel for that person to come in and meet you. This service is available at the member of staffs discretion and should be considered a favour and is a private arrangement between you and the staff member

We can offer no returns, refunds on UNTESTED items they are sold as seen.

If any items sold as tested and working arrive damaged, not working or not as described we will offer you a full refund including your original postage costs once the items are returned to us at your cost well packaged, complete and untampered with.
We use security seals on electrical goods, if any of these seals are not intact any warranty is void and the item will be considered tampered with and damaged by you resulting in no refund.

Credit card chargebacks or Paypal disputes resulting in refunds that do not comply with these terms will result in legal action against you.

By bidding or clicking the buy it now option on any of our auctions you are entering into a legaly binding contract and agreeing to the terms stated above.
