Since the first Cycledealia opened its doors 7 years ago in Hitchin, Hertfordshire we have been supplying all members of the family, with all of their cycling needs.  Hence our motto, 'Total Cycling Solutions'.  Our second store in Broxbourne has carried on the same approach .

Our attitude towards our customers is based on the fact that we consider too many cycle shops are elitist, or focus on just one aspect of cycling. We know this to be particularly intimidating to the new or casual cyclist. 

We also felt that there was no-one locally offering the breadth of service that we, as experienced cyclists, would expect to receive.

At Cycledealia therefore we endeavour to cater for all members of the family who wish to cycle from the youngest to the committed road or mountain biker.

Our success over the years is due in part to the fact that we are all keen cyclists ourselves and have therefore experienced the same early learning curve that many of our customers may just be starting on.

Also because we regularly ride mountain, road and BMX bikes, though not all at the same time, we feel confident in the products we sell and the advice we give our customers.

All of our Ebay orders are processed at our Hitchin branch. We endeavour to process all orders on the day of payment. We dispatch items twice a week, usually on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. If it has been a busy week we may do another postage drop.
