The items that I sell are always 100% genuine, that's why I write a full description for my items and add personalised photos of the items to the advertisement, so you know exactly what you will receive when you buy from me.

 I will give bidders multiple option for P&P. This is so you can control how much you can / are will to pay for P&P. If you feel that you need the item a.s.a.p, there is an option for that etc.

I will make it clear to bidder/ buyers exactly what they are going to receive by writing this down in a small section of the auction.

I am always happy to respond to e-mails about items that I have up for sale.

Because of one e-bayer who gave me un-necessary negative feedback, this has altered my % rating, but I did pay the seller within 1hour of the auction closing, but still got negative feedback because he did not respond to my e-mails and I left him a natural rating. Some people are just bitter.
