We now put a hologram on the back of each LCD we sell to ensure that in the event of a faulty item claim the item sent back is the same item we dispatched.
Please be assured that each item we sell as genuine IS ALWAYS A GENUINE manufacturers original.
Returns Policy:
WE DO NOT MAKE OUR GENUINE CUSTOMERS PAY FOR THE CON ARTISTS!!!
OUR AIM IS TO KEEP THE BUYING EXPERIENCE AS PRICE COMPETITIVE FOR ALL MY CUSTOMERS AS POSSIBLE - THEREFORE WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS FAULTY!
All serial numbers where applicable are recorded against individual sales and fraudulant claims reported.
Items MUST be returned as sent, and appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit. We package items properly when we send and expect items returned to be the same - its only fair!
When returning items we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post,
Remember proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
We do not refund postage as this is a cost incurred in the postage and packaging of items.
No refunds will be offered if any items are missing/damaged. |
