All orders are despatched within 2 working days with the exception of larger parcels which can sometimes take longer. I will always keep you informed if this is the case. Vinyl grades are explained at the bottom of each listing. Most are graded visually. As far as CDs are concerned, they will be checked to ensure that they play OK if they have surface marks. I always replace broken jewel cases or trays with good ones before shipping. If there are any problems at all, please e-mail first before leaving negative feedback. 99.9% of all problems can be settled amicably to the satisfaction of all parties. |
