Made to Measure items (such as LENGTH OF FABRIC CUT TO BUYERS SPECIFICATIONS) are also not covered under DSR's. These are classed as Made to Measure items as they are cut specifically from the roll to a specified length. Consumers cannot automatically cancel an order if it is for a made to measure item, unless the seller has agreed to a cancellation of the contract. Or there is a fault or error with the items recieved.
Our returns policy complies with DSR's and any return must be agreed with Seller prior to return. Any goods not returned in saleable condition within seven days of receipt will not be refunded. We are not obliged to refund postage unless there has been an error on our part.
It is the purchasers responsiblity to provide accurate delivery addresses. If your address has recently changed then please make sure that you specify this at time of purchase. We will ship to the addresses provided to us by eBay / Paypal unless otherwise agreed. In the event that we ship to an inaccurate address or you have provided an inaccurate address or postcode, we accept no responsibility whatsoever for the loss.
The majority of our packages are sent via a 'SIGNED for COURIER SERVICE'. In the event that you are not available to accept delivery of the sent package the driver will leave a card they will usually attempt delivery for a second time. You must call the number on the card left within approximately 5 working days, or the parcel will be Returned to Sender. If the parcel is Returned to Sender, then additional shipping for the item will be paid for by the buyer. |
