All of our products are 100% official merchandise and are BRAND NEW AND SEALED unless otherwise stated
Shipping and Handling
We aim to deliver our goods to you FAST. If you are a UK bidder, orders should take between 1 and 5 days to arrive once payment has been received. If you are a non-UK bidder, we ship the majority of our products by Airmail and they should arrive within one to two weeks of payment.
If you are based in mainland UK we will deliver your order to you using either the Royal Mail or Initial Citylink Courier. This is dependant upon the weight and size of your order.
If your order is being delivered by Initial CityLink then the delivery will require a signature. If you are not in when the driver arrives, they will leave a card with local depot information and your consignment details on. The order will then be returned to your local CityLink depot. You then have four working days to contact CityLink to either arrange a re-delivery (to the same address) or arrange for collection from your local depot. If you fail to contact CityLink within this timescale then your order will automatically be returned to us at Discount Wallcoverings and Borders, and a handling charge (currently £7.50) will be incurred.
If the first CityLink delivery fails for any reason, we will send you an email through eBay on the second working day following date of despatch informing you of your consignment number and local branch details.
Non UK Shipments
Discount Wallcoverings and Borders are happy to ship to the following countries: UK, Ireland, France, Germany, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Italy, Spain, PortugalPayment and Returns
For UK bidders and buyers we are happy to accept payment by PayPal, credit card, cheque or postal order. To pay by credit card, buy the items you require as normal, then give us a call on 0845 1 302 141 to pay for them. If you are a non-UK bidder or buyer, we are happy to accept payment only by PayPal. We prefer PayPal for all transactions and do NOT charge our buyers any extra for using it.
If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase, please notify us by email and we will be happy to arrange for you to return the goods to us for a full refund. Please notify us within seven days of receiving the goods, and as long as they are unopened and in the same condition as when they left us, we will happily refund you when the goods have been received back. We are unable to refund shipping and handling charges unless the goods have been damaged on their way to you. If you receive the wrong goods then we will be happy to swap them for you. Please contact us first to find out how to send items back to us before returning any goods. Please do not send goods back to us by special delivery

Furthermore, if you have ordered from us and your goods have not arrived within 7 working days (UK orders) or 15 working days (non UK orders) then please do contact us. You can get in touch with us either by phone on 0845 1 302 141 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) or by emailing us through eBay. We aim to reply to all email messages within 1 working day, often sooner
