I am Diane Fletcher

I started on e bay as I assume most people do buying things for me and my children. I very soon got addicted! I seemed to be on all day every day. When my son got a VERY high mobile phone bill I told him he would have to sell some of his 'stuff' to pay for it. That's how the selling started. At that time I was a mobile vegetarian caterer but I sold part of that business and then sold on e bay the rest of the equipment. I found that was fun and here I am 3 years later with a 5 figure feedback, a franking machine, some teenage help and 3 full time staff! A proper business!

Like most people I have had some good transactions on e bay and some not so good ones. I wanted to be one of the sellers that gives everyone the pleasant deals and mostly, I believe, I am. We make the odd mistakes - we wouldn't be human if we didn't - but I hope my response when that happens is positive. Unfortunately Royal Mail also makes errors and then I have to sort those ones out too!

So please feel free to buy any of my kitchen, diy, craft, toys and other fun items and feel confident that this will be a positive experience on e bay for you.

p.s. I WELCOME new buyers - I know many sellers are not encouraging - but PLEASE if you buy then pay up!!
