eBay - the great marketplace
We have been trading on eBay for several years and specialise in maritime pieces and other collectibles. From being active buyers as well as sellers, we know what it's like on the other side - we understand what you, the buyer, wants: honest descriptions and good pictures, speedy response and communications, safe shipping and fair prices.

A word about shipping and handling
It is true, postal fees are high. We try to keep S&H charges low and in ALL cases we discount our handling as far as we possibly can. Our charges are fair simply because we take great care in packing properly and safely and in dispatching, usually on the same day payment is made or the next working day aftwards. See our feedback and buyers' comments about packing and speed.

Shipping and handling is a combination of charges and services. We take time and effort to pack purchses properly. We also take time to do the dispatching. Then also remember there are packing materials and the postage price itself. As we mentioned we do discount our costs on all items we send out but not to the extent that packing and handling is compromised.

Unless mentioned in the item description or a buyer asks for something else, we always send by First Class mail in UK, and by Airmail to other countries.

Listings
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.

Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
