Thank you for looking at my "Me" page.
If you are considering purchasing, I can accept payments in any sensible way. This includes PayPal, cheques, postal orders, cash-on-collection, Nochex, bank transfers or bank deposits. I do not accept cash through the post.
Bank transfers take a couple of days to arrive, bank deposits in a Nationwide branch arrive instantly. These methods of payment does not incur any costs or charges to either the buyer or seller. Account details will be supplied on request.
All goods are posted out within 7 days of cleared payment being received. I would love to offer next-day dispatch but as my business often involves a day or two away from home tracking down some surplus stock, next-day dispatch is not always possible. I know that if I bought from regular wholesalers I could get to the post office every day but then my prices would be higher.
I will try to satisfy every customer. Occasionally things go wrong, sometimes it's my fault, sometimes the Post Office is to blame. Whatever the problem, I will do what I can to put things right. I ask all buyers to make contact as soon as possible if there is a problem. Refunds are always available and sometimes I can offer the choice of a replacement too.
Postage discounts are available for multiple purchases. This discount does not appear automatically at the checkout but buyers can apply an adjustment or wait for a combined invoice. There is no problem if a buyer wants to wait for the outcome of a second auction before paying for the first. If there's any other reason for delaying payment, just let me know the situation.
I will use recycled packaging when I can. Customers should not be surprised if looking on the back of packaging reveals that the cardboard was last used to get a box of crisps to Asda or that your address was printed on the reverse side of some junk mail. This keeps costs down and reduces waste.

Never ever login to PayPal, eBay, online banking, or any other important account using a page that appears after clicking on an email. If you do you could well be sending your password to fraudsters.
