An Ebay buyer can be disappointed at any step along the transaction, from timely email responses, to timely shipping once payment is received and confirmed, to receiving a high quality product.  We try to make sure that each of these issues is accounted for in each transaction.

Before adding any new products, we test to verify compatibility with other items they would commonly be used with.  (Please note that each individual item is not tested and most are sold new in retail packages, but a sample is tested thoroughly before new product lines are added). 

FAQ

Q1.  Is the item that you are selling Brand New?
A1. Almost everything that we sell is brand new.  But we do sell items that are not new, but the ad will clearly indicate that they are used, along with an accurate description of the condition.  We will never call an item 'NEW' if it was used even in the slightest bit.

Q2.  When will you ship, how long will my order take to arrive?
A2.  We ship the next day or same, after verified payments are received, Monday - Friday.  In reality, We ship most Saturdays as well, but we don't promise that because from time to time, we might be gone for the weekend or busy Friday evening and/or Saturday morning.  Transit time is generally 1-2 business days within the UK depending on distance.  Orders within the UK are shipped via first class mail or DHL unless other arrangements are agreed to (and paid for) in advance.  Transit times on international orders vary greatly, but generally speaking can take from 4 days to 1 week; orders are shipped via Airmail unless other arrangements are made.  International packages generally arrive via airmail in 6-7 business days, but must then make it through customs and are delivered by your local postal service.

Q3.  Why don't you accept personal cheques, my money is good.
A3.  By and large, we've had good luck with our customers, but we have had a number of problems accepting personal cheques in the past and we are no longer willing to deal with them.  Disappointed buyers can thank a bidder we had who bounced a cheque for £7.48 - which resulted in our bank charging us a £10 fee.

Q5.  How soon will you respond to my email if I have a question?
A5.  Generally speaking, we will try to answer questions throughout the day, whether we are in front of the computer or away.  Some questions, especially ones that require research into shipping or payment records and so forth, are generally answered late each evening after all the packing and shipping and listing and everything involved in running an Ebay store is done.  Please remember that we are on UK time, We generally try to get through our first batch of emails by noon time.  Also please remember that sometimes we might be out on a Friday or Saturday night, or we might be gone for part of a weekend - We still check our emails but it might take a little longer to get a response.
