POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS / DELIVERY TIMES
My postage costs reflect the fact that for every £1.00 you pay £.15 p goes to MR DARLING in the form of VAT as I am VAT registered and have to pay it. ( I dont like it either ! )
In addition I add a small amount for packaging materials and for my time to package and go to the Post Office ( Often I spend 3 hours a day packaging& posting) which I would like to get paid a `little bit `for . ( Please ! )
So in view of the above it is possible that what I charge you and the value of the stamps differ slightly. ( PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST IF YOU THINK POSTAGE IS UNFAIR)
I aim to despatch all goods within 24hr s( Excl weekends & Bank holidays) from receiving cleared payment. I cannot guarantee this always but 99% of the time this will happen.
If very urgent delivery is needed I will always give a specific despatch/delivery time if you contact me before buying.
On rare occasions ,by mistake ,I may put an incorrect postage charge, so if you think I have done that please let me know and I will a check it out.
If for any reason you are unhappy with ANY aspect of your purchase from me please let me know and I will always sort the problem out, but if I dont know I cant help.
