After recent damages due to the poor service offered by our main postal service namely the Royal Mail, I felt I MUST make a few obvious things clear.
IF an Item is damaged in post it is NOT MY FAULT, I ALWAYS PACK WELL. When an item is damaged or lost in the mail it is the Royal Mail to blame NOT me, so remember that when leaving feedback.
When you have left feedback I will do the same then I know that you have the item.
I can't be held responsible for items that get damaged or lost *this is the fault of the postal services not my fault*. If you want compensation YOU should contact Royal Mail direct and ask for a compensation form. I will then help anyway I can to help you get compensation from the postal service used.
IF YOU DO NOT ASK FOR POSTAL INSURANCE THEN YOU CANT CLAIM IT FROM ME, AS THERE ISNT ANY I CAN CLAIM, AS IT WAS NOT SENT INSURED!!!!
I cannot accept Euros or cheques from outside the UK. If cash is sent make sure it is sent insured!!!

Due to issues conserning fraud by some members with low ratings paying by PayPal using unconfirmed addresses, those paying by PayPal with Low feedback & confirmed addresses will have to wait till funds credit my bank account before I send out item, as sadly Paypal does not seem to cover the seller for money lost in those circumstances! .
I have tried to use Payment Protection recently (for the second time) when a seller sold an item that was clearly NOT as Described in the item description. Sadly both times Paypal's "so called" payment protection proved Worthless!
Paypal seems heavily weighted against the seller these days & that is why I try not to use it as a seller. FACT: The Seller is now forced to loose money when Paypal is used by buyer. Ebay own Paypal.
