Postage Rates -
We ALWAYS combine postal costs for winning bidders so this really is your chance to get some fantastic bargains.
If you purchase items with lots of different postal rates, the highest one is always taken as the first one with lower postage added at the additional item rate. If you are at all unsure about what the postage will be, please email before bidding!
All our postal rates are provided under the presumption that you are purchasing from the UK mainland. If you live in the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands or overseas the postage for any packages over a certain weight will be higher. This is due to the surcharges the couriers charge us to deliver, not a charge we apply ourselves. Small items such as collars or light individual small animal toys are at the same rate and will go with Royal Mail. The areas of the UK which have surcharges from the couriers are the following: The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25. Surcharges are £5. If you would prefer to book your own courier from us to collect you are more than welcome to.
For the majority of our items the following charges apply. Postage is combined up to a flat rate of 6.99 PER 25kg Box. Orders over this weight will incur extra charges.:

USA and other international bidders please check the exchange rate before bidding if you are not sure about how £'s relate to your currency.
We accept the following methods of payment:
• Paypal (any currency, paypal will convert it for you). Other online payment methods by arrangement.
• Cash (for items collected from our warehouse only)
• Postal order/ Money order (£ only)
• Personal cheque which must clear before dispatch. If you put your guarantee number on the back along with the expiry date we may post before clearance at our discretion. (£ only)
• Direct bank transfer (£ only)
We receive a lot of payments each day, so PLEASE make sure you include your item number with any payment you send otherwise your order will be delayed while we track it down.
We may accept other payment methods as long as these are agreed before the end of the auction.
Measurements
All the measurements we give are intended to help you work out if items are exactly what you need. Please do not rely on these measurements to be precise - they are a rough approximation. If for any reason you need detailled measurements please contact us.

Our feedback is automated and we will leave positive feedback for you once payment is received. PLEASE dont leave negative or neutral feedback without contacting us first - we are always more than happy to rectify any perceived problems and want you to be delighted with your purchase!
refunds
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on ALL our items!
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, then just return it for a refund. The following conditions apply to refunds:
1. You must let us know you wish to return it within three days of recieving it.
2. We will refund the purchase amount minus postage costs both ways.
3. The item has to be in new condition with tags still attached (if applicable) for you to return it and we must recieve it within 7 days of your email.
4. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE RETURN OF ANY ITEM YOU WISH TO SEND BACK. We recommend using recorded delivery for this purpose or at the very least getting a certificate of posting! We are not responsible for any missing items which have been posted without a traceable delivery service.
packing
Items will be posted in padded envelopes or plastic mailing bags (whichever is more suitable). Heavier items will be posted by courier. It is very important that if an item arrives damaged you sign for it and clearly write the word damaged by your signature - this way compensation can be claimed. If you sign for a damaged item as being in good condition most couriers will refuse to pay out for damage, even if it happened in transit.
Our packages are all clearly marked with our company name and logos. If for any reason you want your item sent 'secretly' as a present for someone, please let us know BEFORE we send it so that we can use plain packaging instead.
missing & damaged items
We will do everything we can to track down missing items, in fact - we promise that we will get your item to you so you have no need to worry about not receiving something you have paid for.
Royal Mail does not class an item as missing until 15 working days have passed since posting. In the case of missing items we will send a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Damaged items - if your package arrives damaged and contents are either missing or broken please retain the packet as we will need photograps in order to submit a claim.
For the dishonest minority, please be aware that we WILL log every "missing"
item with Royal Mail and that customers abusing this can and will
be prosecuted under Royal Mail's mail fraud policy. This also applies
to overseas bidders!
