For all payments sent through the post please make sure you include:-
your ebay user name, item number and your name and address

All payments must be received within 7 days from the close of auction / buy it now
Please contact us if there is going to be a delay in payment to avoid a non pay bidder to be filed
Upon receipt of payment and dispatch you will be emailed keeping you totally informed

The cost of shipping covers all of the U.K. including N. Ireland& BFPO.
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.

The cost of delivery by courier to United Kingdom is £9.90 (unless otherwise stated on the listed).
** with the exception of destinations with the area postal codes listed below**

These destinations incur a surcharge of £10.00 by the courier
If Dispatching via Royal Mail is cheaper their service & charge will be applied instead.
BFPO and PO Box Addresses cannot delivered via courier - please contact us for delivery cost via Royal Mail

All items delivered by courier within Mainland U.K. are dispatched using their next (working)day delivery service.

The cost for delivery by courier to Ireland is £19.90

Items shipped by courier cannot be delivered to a PO Box address or a BFPO address.

The cost of delivery by courier for the following countries is £30.50

COLLECTIONS

For all other european and international destinations please contact us for a delivery cost.

All european and international items delivered via courier will take from two days to approximately a week depending on the country and location.

Please make sure that the item(s) is allowed in to the country of destination..We will not be responsible for any action the local customs and excise might take and any import tax / duties that may be payable.

If an item is returned to us, the cost we are charged for the item been returned and the re dispatch cost will be required before the item is dispatched again.

Please note: The correct shipping cost must be paid before the item(s) will be dispatch.

Returns Policy

Please include your ebay user name and the ebay item number in all correspondence

Before signing for the item(s) check to see if there is any damage.
If the item(s) is damaged make sure you write received damaged above your signature or in the appropriate box.
Alternatively refuse the item(s) on the grounds the item is damaged.

Unwanted goods, Faulty goods and Goods which you did not order.

As part of our total customer service. We believe that you will be delighted with your product, however there may be occasion where you feel it necessary to return an item.

Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of the item been received.

The item(s) and Packaging must not of been used and returned in the same condition as received.

Please contact us by telephone on 01670 717 314 (during office hours) or email at steve@edgesoftime.com to inform us of your wish to return the item(s) and we will allocate you a Returns Code. You must write this code upon the package and we will also advise you how to send the item back to us.

Postage costs will only be refunded for items that have been returned and found to be faulty or for items which you did not order.

All items will be inspected upon there return.
If the item is deemed to of been used and the the packaging is incomplete a refund will not be given and the item will only be returned at your cost.

Royal Mail return postage costs refunded will be up to the value of Royal Mail's Recorded Postage Cost.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.

Wearable Items such as Kilts
The tacking upon the pleats must not of been removed
Item must not of been worn
