If item not wanted, returns accepted within 14 days of receipt, less post & packing costs. Items MUST be returned using the same method sent ie signed for & at buyers cost. Item must be in exact same condition as sent out.

If item is damaged or incorrectly described then a full refund will be given, including all return postage costs via same method as posted out (eg. recorded, special delivery etc).

Items lost in post - please let me know by email and not via feedback! Its much more polite :0)

Description meaning

Brand new with tags (BNWT)   brand new and tagged

Brand new                            brand new item that has either been de-tagged or never had tags (eg many swimming costumes were never tagged

Immaculate/Excellent             new item that was pre-washed and never worn or an item that has had minimal wear (once or twice), no faults, colours still bright, may have slight wash softening.

Very good                            minimum signs of wear, wash softening, non-show minor faults tiny pin prick size mark on an inside hem etc), minor wash bobbling (ie the sort that occurs on some cotton fabrics after about 3 washes irritating but a fact of life

 Good                                  very wearable, no faults that show when worn, would still be good enough to wear to go out in, even if not good enough for best.

Playwear                              wearable item with minor show faults or significant wash fading (not worn out!), possibly a top designer brand item that has seen better days.   Fine to wear to playgroup, nursery etc

In February 2004 we were told that our daughter has a rare condition that means her immune system does not function as it should.  I have put more on this below but if you work for a firm or Company please support the annual Jeans for Genes appeal.

She also has a full-blown milk allergy that she is under the care of a Consultant Paediatrician for. 

She is also confirmed as being asthmatic.  This can mean we suddenly go awol for 48 hours or so - when this happens, we do have someone that takes over running our Ebaying for us so please bear with us if you don't hear back, it probably means our daughter has been taken into hospital again (she has been in for many things as she gets far sicker than most kids).
