I will be closed from 10am SATURDAY NOVEMBER 21st 2009 until 10am Friday 27th NOVEMBER 2009, please be aware that NO PARECLS WILL BE DISPATCHED UNTIL FRIDAY 27TH AND I WILL BE UNABLE TO RESPOND TO QUESTIONS OR ENQUIRES DURING THIS TIME.

I am a friendly and fair person and believe that the customer is always right, so buy with confidence

Since December 2004 I have completed over 2100 successful transactions and I have a fantastic feedback rating which I am proud of. Rest assured I am a trusted and experienced eBayer and can help you with any questions or issues which may arise, just ask, I am very approachable...You're in safe hands!

 I list new items several times a week, every week. I can often source specific items and have I have many goodies in stock which are not yet listed, so if you are looking for something in particular please get in touch and I will see if I have it for you

I sell a vast range of items from baby clothing to diving equipment and everything in between these extremes, though I specialise in ladies fashion and cosmetics/skincare

When you buy from me you can usually expect your item to be posted within 1-3 working days of receiving payment (or when a cheque has cleared which can take up to 10 days) I will endeavour to email you on the evening that your item has been potsed so that you know when to expect it 

Once you have received your item and are happy with everything please leave feedback so that I know that the transaction is complete...if there is a problem, please contact me before leaving feedback, I am sure I can resolve any issues in a timely and friendly manner...Customer service is one of my top priorities and I want you to be delighted with every aspect of our transaction. Your business is much appreciated and I would welcome you as one of my regular customers

If you are in a particular hurry for an item please let me know as I can sometimes make it to the Post Office on the same day. Please bear in mind that I do this as a hobby and not as a full time job. I am a registered business (sole trader) but all said and done at the end of the day I am a full time stay at home mum (the most rewarding job in the whole world!!), I do this by myself and in some respects I cannot compete with the "Big Boys" however I can offer you good old fashioned customer service with that personal touch, which in my opinion can often count for a LOT more :-)

Please remember when leaving your feedback and "stars" for me that postage and packaging charges are just that - postage, packaging and trips to the post office etc. it's not just the cost of a stamp. I do try my best to keep my costs as low and as fair as possible.

I endeavour to respond to all questions within 24 hours 

I respectfully ask that other sellers do not copy my listings/photographs, if I find sellers doing so, it will be reported to ebay and the necessary action will be taken
