Along with Ross, I am one of the founding members of Energise UK. I originally came from the management consultancy industry. Having worked the traditional nightmarish hours there and got myself totally out of balance, I attended a Tony Robbins UPW event.
From the changes made at the event, I discovered the alkaline way of life, started drinking green drinks and totally transformed my life. From this newfound level of energy, I set up Energise UK.
Over the past two and a half years, I have developed a great knowledge of the alkaline lifestyle, nutrition, fitness and weight training. I also have a fantastic knowledge of most of Tony Robbins strategies. So if you have any questions about any of this, please feel free to ask. I will be answering any questions in the different forum areas.

As one of the two founders of Energise (alongside my brother Callum) I am passionate about health, fitness and helping others. We started Energise back in ‘03 with those three passions in mind and here we are three years later with a blog, forum and site that is beyond what many people expected that we could achieve.
Why start a blog? Well, the more I learned about web technologies and online communications the more I realised that blogging would be an excellent way for me to communicate more informally with the rest of the world, connect with other people and build a community!
About me: From Northampton in the UK and am currently sharing my time between Sydney, Australia and the UK. I have always had a massive interest in health and personal development which was really put into second gear during the UPW event mentioned above. During that event I set myself two main goals: 1) To start a business with Callum 2) To run the London Marathon and within a year I had achieved both.
The most important thing that came out of achieving those goals was that I knew that if I could achieve those I could achieve anything. The training and nutrition for the marathon also took my understanding of these passions a step further - and here we are today!
My background is in marketing and innovation, and since starting Energise I have also developed otaku (more than a hobby, just less than an obsession) for online marketing, website usability and information retrieval. Geeky, I know.
Aside from anything health or business related, I am obsessive about football, more specifically about Tottenham Hotspur FC. C’mon the Spurs!

I joined the Energise Team back in November 2005 with a real interest in Business Management and Business Development, especially in Online Retailing.
After studying Business Management at University and in a further Postgraduate course, I have had several front line business management positions online and offline, including my own.
I have attended the UPW and have a real passion for sports and adventure. I love travelling and making the most out of what life gives me.
I discovered the world of Nutritional Health a few years ago, and was especially taken with the ever more popular Green Drink. – what an amazing product!
Now from joining the Energise Team, I bring my experience in Business Management to a very passionate company and love the way what Energise does really is making a difference to so many people! I’m very customer and business focused, always looking to find ways to further offer an even better online business.

I am from Germany and joined the team in October 2006 after completing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in European Studies at Otto-Von-Guericke University. I have an interest in alternative and natural health and its always great to have the opportunity to meet so many like minded people in our business.
In my free time I enjoy many hobbies including Yoga, Belly Dance, playing my piano and travelling.
Now working for Energise I share my interest for Natural Health on a professional level and enjoy using my communication skills in the role of customer services manager. I also love getting involved in various project work within the development of our business!

/ Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days
of your receipt of the goods, we will give a full refund.
Goods must however, be returned unused, in their original packaging
for a refund to be made. We do however deduct an administrative cost
of 6% of the order value. This is to take into account bank charges that
we have to pay to process the original payment.
If the goods are not in an unused condition then we charge a restocking
fee which takes into account the devaluation of the goods due to use/damage
and an administrative cost of 6%.
Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and
we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product.
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original
packing.
If you do not receive a product, you must let us know within 10 days
of placing your order, otherwise we cannot send a replacement.
Refunds are made to the original card the purchase was
made against. Unfortunately due to fraud prevention, we are unable to
make refunds
to other cards or in the form of cash or cheques.
Uncollected Goods
If goods are returned to us as being undeliverable or uncollected from
a depot, we will either a. refund the cost of the goods and not the shipping
costs or b. resend them if the delivery charges are paid again.
Next Day Delivery Goods will only be dispatched on the same day if ordered
before 12:00AM.
Delivery Information
Delivery is charged at standard Royal Mail prices. Delivery time can vary
according to the goods ordered.. Most
of our goods are shipped same day; however, unless otherwise indicated,
please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the
customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct
at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will
be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected
change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider
your order before proceeding.
