All items listed are brand new and originate from UK Suppliers / Distributors. We don't sell illegal copies, ex-rental, or used goods.

Our DVD's are UK releases and therefore compatible with Region 2 / R2 UK / European DVD Players

BBFC Film Ratings

It is impossible to predict what might upset any particular child. But a ‘U’ film should be suitable for audiences aged four years and over. U films should be set within a positive moral framework and should offer reassuring counterbalances to any violence, threat or horror.

'PG' Parental Guidance - General viewing, but some scenes may be unsuitable for young children

Unaccompanied children of any age may watch. A ‘PG’ film should not disturb a child aged around eight or older. However, parents are advised to consider whether the content may upset younger or more sensitive children.

12A – Suitable for 12 years and over. No-one younger than 12 may see a ‘12A’ film in a cinema unless accompanied by an adult. No-one younger than 12 may rent or buy a ‘12’ rated video or DVD. Responsibility for allowing under-12s to view lies with the accompanying or supervising adult.

'15' – Suitable only for 15 years and over

No-one younger than 15 may see a ‘15’ film in a cinema. No-one younger than 15 may rent or buy a ‘15’ rated video or DVD.

'18' – Suitable only for adults

No-one younger than 18 may see an ‘18’ film in a cinema. No-one younger than 18 may rent or buy an ‘18’ rated video.

Aspect Ratios

For simplicity our listings normally state either 4:3 (Full Frame) or 16:9 (Widescreen) where available - however not all distributors supply this information.

Full Frame (4:3 video for 4:3 display)

Auto Letterbox (16:9 anamorphic video for 4:3 display)

Auto Pan & Scan (16:9 anamorphic video for 4:3 display)

Widescreen (16:9 anamorphic video for 16:9 display)

Running Time

Running time is often stated on the DVD box / cover - this running time may or may not include any DVD extras.

Payment information

Payment methods currently accepted are

• Postal Order (Crossed or Uncrossed)

Please pay within 48 hours of purchase where possible, and no later than 7 days from the date of purchase. We will process your purchase on receipt of cleared funds and not before.

Cheques / Postal Orders are banked the day they are received (Monday - Friday) and take 3 full working days to clear.

Shipping Information

We aim to ship your item/s within 48 hours of cleared payment (72 hours if purchased over a weekend / bank holiday). Please ensure you supply your full shipping address with correct post town and post code - we can't be held responsible if your item doesn't arrive and we then find your address differs to information held on the Royal Mail website. Delivery can take upto 14 working days but as our feedback indicates it's often alot quicker than this (often within 5 - 7 days). We would rather be realistic when dealing with the Royal Mail than optimistic! Multiple purchases are usually sent seperately and therefore we don't offer a combined postage discount.

If your item hasn't arrived then please contact us and we will investigate it for you. As a guide the Royal Mail will not consider an item to be lost until after 15 working days. Be assured we want you to have your item as quickly as possible and in our experience the Royal Mail rarely lose an item, but sometimes they aren't as quick as you would expect - especially for packets and parcels. If the item is classed as lost by the Royal Mail we will look replace it for you.

Communication

We do our best to offer a quick, reliable and good value service on ebay, and therefore we feel communication is incredibily important.

After you have purchased and paid for your item we will send you an email confirming receipt of payment. We will then email you to advise your item has been shipped. Notification emails are sent to your registered ebay email address (not ebay messages) so please look out for them.

If you need to contact us please use the ebay messaging system as we find it easier to communicate that way. All email traffic is monitored throughout the day (8am - 8pm) and where necessary are responded to usually within 4 hours.

We will give you positive feedback as soon as you have left positive feedback for us - this also tells us that you have received your item/s and that you are happy.

A) Most items are sent seperately due to the item value and packet size, therefore we don't offer a combined shipping discount

Q) Some of the episodes appear to be missing from my DVD, is the DVD faulty?

A) Some DVD's are double sided, turn over the DVD and you have an instant fix!

Q) Is the item genuine or a copy?

A) All item's are genuine, just the same as items found on the high street
