Terms and Conditions

We are dedicated to providing you, the customer, with the highest level of service.
None of our terms affect your statuatory rights as a customer.
Delivery
Delivery charges will apply to any other delivery addresses other than UK mainland.
We will endeavour to despatch all orders as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours) but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or inconvenience caused by late shipments.  All deliveries must be signed for.
Cancellation & Returns
Under UK distance selling regulations if you receive goods and simply change your mind after purchasing  you may return the goods for a full credit subject to:
1) The item is in stock condition:  i.e in original packaging and complete
2) You inform us within 7 days of receiving goods
3) You are responsible for paying return delivery costs
4) Goods are returned within 30 days of receipt
Out of Stock Items
In the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you to advise you when delivery date will be.
Remittance Terms
All goods must be paid for in full before they are despatched.
Tax Charges
All prices include 17.5% VAT
Guarantees
All products are covered by the manufacturers guarantee (usually 2 years) details are enclosed with each product.We ask each customer to retain receipt of purchase and packaging in the event of the product being returned to us within guarantee period. We will arrange collection, repair and delivery back to you.
