About me ?????????

The Short Version Well the first thing to say this company is me, solo mi, no one else, Just me   - one guy on his own  just turned 30 but focused on you lot – even though I am not no big company I aim and  will endevour to give you a better level of presale and after sales service than anyone else on ebay, because at the end of the day I don’t want no hassle and nor do you, The main thing with me is without blowing my trumpet , I do 100%  know my market well, I am fast in getting stuff out the door, I know what most customers expect and best of all I Mainly specialize in Branded name kit like that of Dell HP / Compaq  Toshiba and Sony, nothing else I will usually touch as its crap so  I stick  with it because I know those laptops inside out  from day one to all of the current range.

For you - in my pricing of the laptops I sell I am more than fair, for me I would say a lot of my customers come to me knowing what they want spec and speed wise, this also means that a lot of people who are not confident of what they buy are getting a better deal than they would or could expect.

I guess you come to this page for more confidence in what your buying than about me on the whole, so all I can really say is  - your business no matter what price you pay means a lot to me – and if you want to read about me as a person scroll to the bottom.

The main thing is I don’t want to fail you, but we all make mistakes as I am also just human – but….I have in place as much as I can to ensure a smooth transaction from the basics upwards and this is shown below.

Payment

Packaging –        I seriously pride myself here, I assure you items are extremely well packed in mostly new very strong but plain packaging.

Delivery -             Currently using UPS for delivery of laptops to mainland UK and Europe, UPS Drivers are rigorously background checked and health checked, not only this but you see the vans they drive ? They are more secure than a prison van !!!

                                Ups have their own airline and a small fact not many know is they are the 9^th largest Airline in the world including domestic carriers, now that is a awesome stat, You know if you send a package abroad its going on their own plane. As a customer I am paying for that so you should be assured your laptop is being delivered by one of the best.

 I am 100% happy and confident with them that you will get your delivery on time, UPS is  a company I see as a premium service,  A UPS driver gets a basic wage of 25k a year so I know for that money he is not going to be thieving your laptop.

You and me benefit from Online Tracking, SMS tracking, and the main thing UPS are quite strict in the type of company they choose to take on board, packaging requirements, business stability etc all counts.  I negotiate very hard with my rate and you should get a better service than other ebayers  will charge for a much less equipped courier.

Customer Serv Ok, again, I pride myself here, mainly in the daytime you will get a answer to email within  a few minutes  – sometimes seconds – but we all have a life, in the evening I will answer all emails if I am here, the same if I cant sleep, if I am out, my emails come to my phone and I will answer to the best of my ability, the only time It will be slow is if I am driving which is fair enough, I always answer phone calls whether withheld or not, I am always approachable but I would ask you to phone in these hours 11am-2pm and 5pm – 10pm, I always return missed calls and texts are welcome 24/7.                

Returns                Ok, this is the only place I would give myself a few bad points but am constantly Improving,  if you have a problem for me its quicker to just have it sent back at my expense and refund you, now I don’t like doing this because it costs me money, so you would have to be very unlucky to have a problem on opening your package, I work extremely hard to make sure that all is perfect, I don’t want the item back and I don’t want a customer on my case, however sometimes it does go wrong ! Not only that but I want you to have what you have purchased, so I will strive to put it right at all times.

I do believe Most problems can be sorted by email or even by phone if needed, but if its serious and it needs to come back here, I will happily arrange a collection at my expense no matter what the problem is, However I am always overworked so for me its easier to send a like for like replacement (3 days) or no quibble refund on safe return of the original. Bear in mind  If you need the product repaired then please give 6 working days (max that is) for me to repair itand ship it back .

Experience         This is my forte now, I have been there and done it, I started on ebay as jack the lad, you known the type – a “bit of this bit of that” kind of get rich quick attitude……….. but hell I have adjusted with the times and I can assure you I am 100% committed to this, I have heard and probably made every excuse you can think of from a seller, so as a customer you have the real benefit of me having been there & done than worn the T-shirt attitude, but now with so much commitment to your satisfaction you wouldn’t believe.

In the past I will admit while getting a business together I did cut corners, used the cheapest dodgiest couriers, I used to buy old boxes and packaging from the dustman, god only knows where the laptops came from, lol, but look at it now, I am not that jack the lad anymore, and I see every angle where I and others went wrong and nobody can now run my business as solid or stable as me.
