All Orders received before 3.00 pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders received after 3.00pm will be dispatched the following day.
All items will be posted to a Paypal registered
address. Please make sure you address is correct and up-to-date as I am not
responsible for that.
Postal Discounts:
Postal discount of 50% will be offered on the second item and subsequently
any more items purchased after that. Simply if you purchase two or
more items, you will pay full postage for the item that has the highest
postage, and then 50% value of postage of all the other items.
These discounts only apply where mentioned in listings and not to freepost items.
You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been posted.
Recorded delivery is also available on request at slightly higher cost (less
than a £ more). Therefore for more expensive items please use that option.
While I try my best to get all orders out of the door on the same day. I am
not responsible for delivery times by Royal Mail
on any other Courier Service that I use.
Returns Policy
Details:
I provide a 100% refund policy for all my
customers where the goods are genuinely faulty.
On the other hand If you change your mind, or have some other reason for
returning the goods, I am happy to provide refund, only where the
items you have purchased are still shrink-wrapped.This is also incur 25% restocking fees. However I do not
refund either my shipping costs in getting the goods to you, nor your
shipping costs in getting the goods back to me.
