Next, I would like to say welcome to my about me page, and thank you for taking the time to come find out more about flissybabes. I guess the first thing to address is how I came up with name. It is actually a take off of an affectionate nickname my husband's collegues call him, Babes! That started because he would call everyone babes so he didn't have to remember their names. Everyone started calling him babes back and that morphed to Babes. When we got email addesses, my husband added babes to the end of his, so I did as well. Flissybabes was just what f.johnston.babes morphed into!!

I first started buying on QXL in 2001. From there I followed a link to eBay where I started selling off my granddaughter's outgrown baby clothes. One day I decided to sell off my card making bits and the rest, as they say, is history!!

The best part of selling on eBay, in my opinion, is the opportunity to meet so many nice people. I am lucky enough to have some really nice friendly customers who return to my auctions frequently, as well as others who prefer to only visit occassionally. I would like to say thank you to everyone who has taken the time and trouble to visit my auctions. I hope everyone has been pleased with their purchases, I try to be as 'up front' as possible, but there is always the odd occasion when things don't go quite to plan!! On these very rare occasions, I would encourage you to get in touch as soon as possible so I can right the situation.
