From payment being received goods are usually posted either same day or next day using Royal Mail First Class service unless your order is too large, in which case the next fastest service is used, usually parcel post or Parcel Force48. If you need something urgently then guaranteed next day delivery is always an option but not offered as standard. Please send a message to get a cost.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase a full refund will be given on return of the item as long as it is returned within 7 days of receipt. Samples are available so if you are thinking of placing a large order for a particular product you are welocme to request a sample.
