Any item bought from Foto ABC s.c. may be returned within 14 days without providing any reasons. The return will only be accepted, if the item has not been used, and neither the item nor the original packing is damaged. The item should be safely packed and sent, together with the proof of purchase, to the shop's address (above). We guarantee full refund of the item's value on designated account. A statement of withdrawing from the sale contract should be attached to each return.

Each bought item is under warranty. Please contact us if you notice that the bought item is damaged. The defective item, together with a proof of purchase and a warranty card (if originally attached to the bought item), should be sent at your own expense to the shop's address. If we find the complaint justified, a repaired or replaced item will be sent back at our expense. In case the complaint is rejected, the item will be sent immediately after receiving a transfer covering expenses of carriage. The warranty does not cover flaws caused by mechanical damage, results of misuse and damage caused by repairs or modifications made by customer. If the item has brand or factory seals, they cannot be either removed or broken.

Sold items are sent with the Polish Post. On receiving the package the receiver should check if it is packed originally. If you notice that the package is damaged in visible manner, you should write down a protocol in the presence of postman.

Zwrot zostanie przyjęty jedynie w przypadku jeśli dany produkt nie był używany, ani nie został w żaden sposób uszkodzony (dotyczy to również oryginalnego opakowania) oraz zostanie odesłany wraz z dowodem zakupu (paragon lub faktura). Zwracany towar należy bezpiecznie zapakować i odesłać na adres sklepu - podany powyżej. Gwarantujemy zwrot wartości produktu na wskazane konto bankowe w terminie 14 dni.
Do każdego zwrotu należy dołączyć oświadczenie o odstąpieniu od umowy kupna,
