Honost and accurately depicted listings. Notification within 48 HOURS of auction ending of your winning bid and payment information. (Most often I reply with winning bid information within 24 hours-- but please allow up to 48 hours for payment information to be mailed to you- You are certainly welcome to inquire of winning bid before that time -- but it is not necessary - as payment information will be sent out within 24 to 48 hours).

Timely Mailing of your item (within 1 business day for Money Order- 10 to 14 day hold period on personal checks). Common curtousy and respect.

SHIPPING CHARGES: I TRY TO KEEP SHIPPING COST REASONABLE AND FAIR- I dont "gouge"--- and i will be happy to combine shipping charges whenever possible. PLEASE NOTE THAT I MAY NOT NOTICE THAT YOU HAVE WON MORE THAN ONE AUCTION-- SO PLEASE FEEL FREE TO POINT OUT YOUR WINNING BIDS (By ITEM NUMBER PLEASE) ---- AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO REQUOATE A NEW AND LOWER SHIPPING CHARGE -- PLEASE DO ASK! AS I MAY NOT CATCH IT!

Other than consolidating shipping charges -- the quoted shipping fee as stated in listing is normally not negotiable -- I charge reasonable fees at or near actual cost-- so this is rarely ever a concern.

PERSONAL NOTIFICATIONS: I treat my auctions with ebay very seriosuly. One of the things I have noticed as I submit a higher number of listings --- is that I am and can not be as "nimble" as I was when i only listed a few items at a time - While that is not inherently "bad" - it does mean that I have a tendency to regiment my activities due to the greater numbers of auctions I list - I notify bidders in "batches" of winning bids- use a form letter for notifying bidders. This does mean that I normally can not provide individual notification when an item is shipped- I DO absolutely keep record of payments received - and can certainly let you know if item has been mailed if you inquire - but I can not email you when payment is recieved or item is mailed- however feel free to ask the status of your item at any time.

PAYMENT METHOD

I REGRET I DO NOT TAKE ANY ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICE - THAT MEANS NO PAYPAL, XCOM, ESCROW SERVICES, No crecit cards of any kind.

US Bidders: PERSONAL CHECK or MONEY Order OR Cashier Check. Please Allow Time for checks to clear (As Stated in Auction: 10 to 15 days)......EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE FEEDBACK OF A SAINT -- PLEASE DONT ASK me to mail items before the hold period on personal checks: It is my only way to know that payment has been properly received.

BIDDERS OUTSIDE THE US: Most auctions are available to bidders outside the US -- (unless stipulated otherwise in auction - most often due to wieght of the item). Please know that many foreign money orders (even though in US dollars and perfectly good tender) require special Federal Reserve processing. And unless the Money Order has a US affiliate- my bank charges me $2.50 to process these money orders - AND a 6 week wait while it is senf off for processing. SO: That is why i stipulate "US CASH DOLLARS OR MONEY ORDER FROM CHASE MANHATTAN, WESTERN UNION OR AMERICAN EXPRESS " --- I am a stickler for these terms - I regret I have to be - I dont like getting socked for fees to process money orders from outside the US. IF YOU ARE A BIDDER FROM OUTSIDE THE US: YOUR MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER CHECK MUST HAVE A US CITY IMPRINTED ON IT. (I do not require cash from overseas bidders -- though i have received it successfully to date - and this may be a suitable alternative (cash) for smaller tender transactions.)

STUFF I WONT DO:

End auctions early.

Take "counter offers" if an item does not sell.

Make sales outside of EBAY--- (I DONT MAKE ANY SALES OUTSIDE OF EBAY- If you don't win via auction - It is not available.) If it is not presently listed on EBAY-- it is not for sale.

TAKE REQUESTS OR "WANT LISTS" Unfortunately-- I am not set up to take reqeusts or "want lists".

Entertain offers of less than the starting bid or reserve price.

Take "trades" in lieu of payment.
