We discovered eBay in May of 2006 and were instantly wowed by the amazing bargains to be found. To this day we are still giddy with pleasure when we find that perfect item at a fraction of the real world prices. As a HUGE Simpsons fan we have to have a sense of humour when we are outbid at the last second on a game which would be perfect for our boys, or that gorgeous floaty dress for our little princess, or when someone buys an item just as we are about to - it just makes us shout Do'h!!

That's the fun of eBay! You win some you lose some - but it's always fun!!

We're always on the look out for stuff for our four kids, computer games, dvd's, Ben 10 stuff, Littlest pets, but mainly Nintendo stuff as we are console crazy!!  

We are currently giving away wholesale lists which we have bought off eBay ourselves, read and vote on our wholesale guide and then send us your email address saying that you want them and we'll send you the lot for free - you'll see the reason why when you read it!! We have given away about forty lots since we have had this guide on eBay even though it has been read by loads more people - why wouldn't someone want them for free! There is a lot of stuff so it will come as an email with file attachments - there wasn't anything in them that we were interested in but you never know you might have a bit more luck with them than we did - and at least you'd have the peace of mind that you didn't spend loads of money on them!!

About Us: As Buyers

If we are buying from you - lucky you!! - we are the fastest payers in the world!!

We don't buy anything unless we can pay for it straight away - so rest assured you won't have to wait around for days with no communication wondering what is going on. On the very rare offchance that it isn't paid for immediately it will be because we are checking out your other items and will message you to that effect - If we find something else we like the look of we will pay as soon as that auction ends if on bids or immediately after we have received our combined invoice! Its that simple :0)

We will only complain if an item is severely not as described and always try to resolve the issue first BEFORE leaving any feedback. By severely not as described we mean - an item described as new in box and it arrives covered in scratches, the box is torn beyond recognition and it won't turn on - NOT it arrives with a couple of small marks on it but still works perfectly - one example could be a recent ransaction where we purchased a black DS Lite with a web browser, although the console was actually more faulty than the seller had stated we did not complain - even when we tried to use the browser and found it to be password protected we did not complain - just asked for the password - when after about seventeen messages to the seller they could still not provide us with the password that's when we complained. See how reasonable we are!! We gave the person plenty of chance to make it right and only when they repeatedly refused did we moan.  

We treat other sellers exactly the way we would expect to be treated ourselves. That's just the way it should be!!

We have one negative feedback from a seller and that was because the person was selling what appeared to be a console and turned out to be an ebook - to the tune of 0 -  when we complained they left us negative and we never received the ebook either!

About Us: As Sellers

If you are buying from us - again lucky you!! - we are also the fastest dispatchers in the world!!!

ALL items are sent the next day after payment received UNLESS they are paid for before 1pm weekdays (I work afternoons) or before 11am Saturdays with no execptions. We always send dispatch notifications so that you know that your items have been sent and keep proof of posting until you leave feedback or www.royalmail.com states that it has been delivered. We send most items first class recorded unless otherwise stated in the auction so that the items can be tracked. In the unlikely event that anything goes missing or is damaged in the post we will provide proof of posting to you so that you can claim from royal mail, we will also help every step of the way with your claim should our input be needed.

Our philosophy is: The transaction isn't complete until everyone is happy - even if you've left feedback.

This is because we know that sometimes people leave feedback as soon as the item arrives without checking everything first - we have been guilty of that ourselves - and sometimes other sellers are less than amicable because they know they have already got their feedback so therefore their bit is done (we have come across quite a few of those in our time) - but we aren't like that - in the unlikely event that anything is wrong (we've only ever had two complaints with our items in over 339 transactions as sellers) we will do our best to solve the problem with you. And if it still doesn't work SEE BELOW for our Returns Policy.

We have only one negative feedback from a buyer this one was received when the buyer did not pay for the item, they strung us along even through the unpaid item dispute and still did not pay. They said they had sent the payment and then said that they would send payment , then she was ill (apparantly) and hadn't had chance to send it yet, it was a very trying two and a half weeks. It wasn't until about two weeks after we had gotten our fees back did they decide to leave us negative feedback - it simply reads unreasonable - but thats not the point. They didn't pay and still they were allowed to leave a negative for us.  And all that for under .

We have two neutral to date (17/4/07) and we'd also like to explain those

1st one: sent item on 5/4/07, royal mail website stated the buyer received it on 7/4/07, buyer decided to be nasty and left us neutral stating that they did not receive it until the 13/4/07. The royal mail website does not lie.

2nd one: buyer had the item for three days and then states that the item had one sticky button - the auction price was .90 - the item was in full working order when sent with no sticky buttons so we offered a good faith partial refund of .50 to save him the hassle of sending it back just for us to find that it was not faulty. We asked if this is ok by him and he just immediately leaves neutral feedback, without contacting us to resolve any further.

We do not accept eCheques due to the ridiculous amount of time the take to clear, bankers drafts, payment into our personal account (why would anyone want to give their bank details to a stranger???), or western union money transfer.

Any overseas buyers must pay immediately thru Paypal - no exceptions.

Also 0-5 Feedback bidders/buyers must pay immediately thru Paypal unless otherwise arranged BEFORE purchase.

UK: Cheques and postal orders must be received within 4 days of the auction ending AND contact must be made within 24 HOURS of auction ending to let us know how you will be paying.

We don't like imposing these rules BUT this is due to the annoyingly high volume of unpaid items we have had in our short time of selling on eBay and to be honest we have more important things to be doing with our time (4 Kids, work, picking our noses etc) than wasting it chasing up people for payment because they couldn't be bothered to read the payment terms.

Interesting fact - nine out of ten unpaid item disputes are opened due to 0-5 feedback bidders/buyers and new members who don't understand the rules yet

A bid or purchase is a LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT to buy -  this is enforceable by legal proceedings and court action. Some sellers take this option above unpaid item disputes so please remeber this when pushing that bid/buy button.

We will always answer any questions you have about any of our items within 12hrs of you asking it (usually much faster - just allowing for work and sleep in that)

Our Returns Policy

Read this bit carefully:

We keep photo records of all of our items - discs, consoles, even the booklets - this is because we have bought many items in our time which have turned out to be in far worse condition than stated and without proof that they were sent that way the sellers could have been up the creek without a paddle had we been the moaning kind!! So in the event that something is faulty this is what you need to do:

If it just doesn't work:

Contact us to let us know there is a problem

If we can't resolve the problem thru messages (we know quite a bit about the stuff we sell so sometimes it is easy to resolve) then we will send you our address to send it back to us we will also outline our returns policy again to you in case you haven't read this.

You then send it back

Once we receive it it will be checked to ensure it is in the same condition we sent it (that's when those photos come in handy)

If it is we will then test it

If it is faulty and there isn't anything we can do to make it work we will issue the refund (see below)

If it is not faulty then we will alert you to this fact and the refund will not be issued

It will then be up to you to pay for the postage to get the item back to you

Under no circumstances do we issue refunds for non-faulty items or non-compatibility, our items are always as described and we do not sell items on a try it and see basis.

We issue refunds only of the auction cost NOT the postage cost as this is a service provided and therefore non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for the return postage of the item to be checked AND should the item not be faulty the cost of the return postage to yourself.

We will not issue refunds if the item is not in the same condition we sent it. This is because the item could have been damaged by the person after they have received it and why should we have to refund for something that the person has damaged themselves? Would you want to sell an item in good condition and then have to refund it if they did something to break it? By not in the same condition we sent it we mean if the item has additional scratches (in the case of discs), casing damaged or screens damaged (in the case of consoles) or any item which appears to have been tampered with by the buyer.

We just want to make this clear:

WE DO NOT HAVE STOCK OF ITEMS

WE ONLY SELL SINGLE ITEMS AS AND WHEN WE HAVE THEM

ALL OUR ITEMS ARE DESCRIBED AS ACURATELY AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID ANY ISSUES

WE CAN NOT OFFER EXCHANGES AS WE DON'T HOLD STOCK

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS JUST BECAUSE YOU'VE CHANGED YOUR MIND - THIS IS NOT A TRY BEFORE YOU BUY SERVICE - ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We are just like everyone else out there who loves a bargain, we buy loads and sell loads as and when we have it, we have no interest in ripping anyone off or selling crap (our naff stuff goes in the bin) we always package our stuff well to make sure it arrives in the same condition we sent it in and don't profit from the postage charges.

eBay is the best place in the world to buy and sell as long as you play by the rules, not everyone uses it in the right way but those people soon get weeded out.
