Fun Stuff Fantastic has been trading since 2001 as various IDs on eBay. FSF is registered with
HMRC (the tax man!) and complies fully with all trading laws, including the DSR
(Distance Selling Regulations) and Sale of Goods Act.

Payment terms

UK Buyers: PayPal preferred or credit/debit card payments (via PayPal only)
I also accept UK cheques and postal orders.

Rest of world: PayPal (GBP) only or credit/debit card payments (via PayPal only)

• Please make payment within 5 days. Non-payment action will be started if no contact has been made within those 5 days. If there are any problems, Please do contact us - We are very understanding and are more than happy to wait a little longer if there is a problem - but you MUST let us know as soon as possible. Having said that, we cannot hang onto a sold item for too long, so please make payment by the agreed date, otherwise an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened.
  
  
  

Postage, Packaging, Shipping, Handling

UK buyers: Usually items arrive within 7 working days - orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment. Special Delivery Next Day, please email for more details.

NON-UK buyers: Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

• Items are wrapped with care using new bubble wrap, padded envelopes, mail bags etc.
  
  
• WE NEVER use Surface Mail for international shipping, so please do not ask for it.
  
  
• If you receive a damaged item (or a CD that doesn't play properly), please email us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will require a photo of any damage, and also request that you save the packaging it arrived in, otherwise there may be a delay in claiming compensation from the postal service, and also in refunding/replacing the item. We may ask for the item to be returned (CDs MUST be returned, no exceptions), in which case it should be sent via a trackable postage method, and we will reimburse the return postage at the same time that we process any refund. (PLEASE NOTE: CDs can only be exchanged for the same CD title.)
  
  
• Received the item and changed your mind? That's fine - just email us within 7 days of receipt and we'll take it from there. Once the item is back with us, we will issue you a refund for the (unopened) ITEM only - P&P costs either way will not be reimbursed. PLEASE NOTE: CDs CANNOT be returned under this 'Money Back Guarantee' if the wrapper has been removed (notwithstanding the "Damages" section above).
  
  
• REFUNDS - If you require a refund for whatever reason, the item MUST be returned to us first using a trackable postage method, and received by us in the condition it was sent in (bar postal damage, if that is why the item is being returned).
  
  
• If an item is returned to us as "not collected" "Addressee has gone away" etc additional postage charges will apply for redelivery. Free delivery is only available on the first time round.
  
  
  

Non-Payers

Non paying bidders/buyers will be blocked from any future bidding on my items and reported to eBay. We reserve the right to remove any bidder from our auctions if we believe (either through their feedback or conduct) they will be a non-payer. Anyone whose feedback is in the minus or with a high ratio of negatives=positives will have their bids removed and their ID blocked without warning.
