Sales of Fixed Price and Buy it Now items on eBay are covered under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Please note that these regulations do not apply to items purchased at auction, nor do they automatically apply to all goods.
Fabrics cut from the roll are classed as made to measure items under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) 2000 regulations. Consumers cannot cancel if the order is for a made to measure item, unless the seller has agreed to a cancellation of the contract.
All our fabrics are new, not second-hand. All are cut from the roll or from larger pieces and we do not accept returns unless the cloth is faulty or an incorrect fabric has been sent in error. Any returns must be agreed with Seller prior to return. Any goods not returned in saleable condition within seven days of receipt will not be refunded. We are not obliged to refund postage.

Please note that we are not obliged to provide cleaning instructions for our fabrics and are not responsible if fabrics are damaged during cleaning.

Please note that once you press the “Buy it Now” button, you have committed to purchase the fabric or item. By entering into a contract with us, buyers are obliged to fulfil that contract. If items go missing in the post, we will co-operate fully with buyers to recover the package or obtain compensation from Royal Mail.
Buyers do not have an automatic right to chargeback Paypal payments, and in the event of successful chargebacks, we will automatically seek to fulfil the contract via the UK Courts.

Please note that buyers are responsible for providing accurate and up to date addresses. We can only ship to addresses provided to us by eBay / Paypal. In the event that we ship to an out of date or inaccurate address, or you have provided an inaccurate address or postcode, we accept no responsibility whatsoever for loss. In accordance with Paypal policy, we will not ship to Unconfirmed addresses.

If you have paid for DHL delivery, you must provide an accurate address and postcode. If the driver attempts to deliver and there is nobody in, you must call the number on the card left within approximately 5 working days, or the parcel will be Returned to Sender. If the parcel is Returned to Sender, then additional shipping for the item will be paid for by the buyer.
