OffSight IT specialises in IT Support for Stafford, Cannock, Rugeley and the surrounding areas. We are based in Hednesford near Cannock, the Midlands. OffSight was formed in 2004 to focus on supporting businesses with computer problems. Prior to this we ran a computer shop in Stafford that was open to the public. We made many friends along the way and continue to provide IT support to a rapidly growing number of computer users throughout Staffordshire.

Due to the school summer holidays, we are closed from Friday 24th July until Monday 3rd August. Any item purchased during this time will be dispatched asap on Monday the 3rd August. About us ....
We have 2 children, a cat and a hamster to look after, so I work part time for my partners IT company OffSight IT trading on eBay. Most of the things we sell are computer related items, but on our personal ID we sell things that have been lurking in the spare room far too long or that the kids have outgrown (toys and clothes). We also list the odd item for friends and family. But we also buy things off eBay so we start to run out of space again!!!

Payment and postage details ....
Due to high PayPal fees, we prefer payment by cheque/postal order for low value items. But for a prompt dispatch we accept payment via Bank Transfer. Please email for for more details!!!! We always obtain a certificate of posting. Sorry, but we cannot be held responsible for items lost/damaged in the post, but we can assist in making a claim. Please email us if postal insurance is required - but most items valued under £32 are covered by standard Royal Mail post (1st or 2nd class) if a proof of postage is obtained. We can send items Recorded Delivery if required for an additional 70p. Due to the costs of some items, we will only send them via Recorded Delivery, but this is usually stated on listings. If you have a COMBINED ORDER then this will ONLY be sent via Recorded Delivery. Any order over £30.00 can only be sent via Special Delivery. Cheque payment to clear before goods are dispatched - usually 5 working days - please make payable to G Tudor. Cheques are usually paid in as soon as possible after receipt. We aim to get Buy It Now items in the post withing 2 working days following receipt of cleared payment. Packaging used is new, but on rare occasions may sometimes be recycled/reused. Emails are sent to confirm receipt of payment and to confirm dispatch of items. Appropriate feedback is always left and receipt of positive feedback is always appreciated. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions. We try to describe our items as accurately as possible, but we're only human. Returns ....
Returns will only be accepted if we are notified via email within 7 days of the receipt of your item. Only damaged or faulty goods may be returned. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage except where we have sent the wrong item. Customers have the choice of a replacement or refund (less postage). However, if you're unhappy with your item please let us know - we're happy to try and help resolve any issues. Please email and give us the opportunity to try and resolve any problems BEFORE leaving negative or neutral feedback.
Items lost in the post ....
Sometimes things do go astray in the postal system. Therefore, Recorded, Special Delivery, Airsure or International Signed For options are recommended to help avoid items being lost by the Royal Mail. Please allow approx 2 weeks for delivery within the UK, 3 weeks for overseas deliveries sent via Airmail and at least 8 weeks for items sent via Surface Mail before emailing us, as claims cannot be made to the Royal Mail until 15 working days from date of dispatch (25 days for overseas). A replacement will be dispatched depending on stock availablity, otherwise a refund will be sent (to the value paid out by the Royal Mail). However, a replacement or refund may not be available until a claim for compensation has been completed and paid out by the Royal Mail, especially for high value claims. Please be assured that we will keep you informed of the progress of any claim.
Overseas Transactions - Payment and postage details ....
Payment must be in £GB via PayPal only - sorry but the bank charges us too much to accept any other payment method. Ideally, please email us for a quote for post and packing prior to bidding. Postage can be quoted for Airmail or Surface Mail. Delivery via Airmail takes approx 1 week and Surface Mail can take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. Airsure (where available) offers online tracking, is a priority service that usually takes approx 3-5 days for delivery and is required for high value items. For countries that don't accept Airsure, International Signed For insurance must be taken for high value items. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post if Airsure or International Signed For insurance is not used. Please wait for us to send you an invoice with the correct postage rates. Also note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Sounds very offical, but we've not known anyone to have any problems regarding customs (yet!).
Non Paying Bidders ....
Please make payment within 7 days (unless prior arrangements have been made). A reminder invoice will be sent after 7 days. An Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened if no contact or payment is made after 14 days from purchase date in order to claim Final Value Fees back.
