PAYMENT

After winning an item at auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, please check out following the eBay links as this will update our system with your address and payment details. Your order will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days before submitting payment.

SHIPPING

Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. We aim to ship our orders the very next day after receiving cleared payment!!  Notification of postage will be sent & proof of postage is available for all items sent.

NON ARRIVAL OF GOODS

On the odd occasion that this may occur we will offer our assistance in tracing the item.  Please note an item posted within the UK cannot be declared lost until 15 working days have passed and for overseas this period of time is 21 days.  All items sent via normal mail are untraceable i.e. they have no tracking information.

I offer recorded delivery and special delivery/other insured courier on request as an option and insurance is available for all overseas items.  It is there to protect you - please consider using it.  Jewellery can only be insured via Special Delivery (due to Royal Mail's postal terms & conditions).

UK - If 15 working days have passed and the value is below £10.00 then a refund or replacement can be sent.  If the item is above £10.00 then the Proof of Postage will be provided for you to make a claim against the Post Office for non delivery. (With the exception of jewellery items)

OVERSEAS - if 21 days have passed a refund will be made for the cost of the goods only unless insurance is taken.

FAULTY GOODS
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and I will cover the cost of return postage.

NON-FAULTY GOODS
I accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange - notification of intention to return must be received within 7 days of receipt. These items must be returned to me carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. P&P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

RETURNS FOR REFUND
Notification of intention to return must be received within 7 days of receipt. These items must be returned to me unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price  will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.   Postage and Packing will not be refunded, IF ITEM HAS BEEN SENT WITH FREE P&P THEN THE COST OF THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND.
