I sell High Street Brands and Designer Brands and the items I sell are either Brand New or Used in varying degrees of excellent or very good condition.

I am an honest seller as I don't believe it makes sense to sell rubbish and then try and get out of it like some may. I want people to return to buy from me again.

Of course I make mistakes. I sell 200+ items every week and work alone and so because of sheer volume there are times that I might miss something. I will always apologise and refund if this is the case. I will also more than likely offer a discount off the next order as an apology.

The great thing about buying on eBay is that you can get hold of some really special items for low prices and all from the comfort of your home. The drawback is that you are relying on others to describe the item in question. This is why I recommend reading the auction carefully, looking at pictures (I use supersize pics) and asking questions BEFORE placing a bid.

My return policy: I accept returns on faulty items where the fault has not been mentioned in the listing. Return shipping is at the BUYERS expense. If you prefer not to return, I am happy to negotiate a partial refund if the flaw is minimal. In all cases, CONTACT ME, I am reasonable and want to help.
