As you can see, 99.9% of what we sell is mobile phones.
Most phones come with a 7 day money back guarantee if found to be faulty (this relates to the phone only, not the accessories). The described condition is purely our interpretation and yours may differ, but bear in mind we have sold over 18,000 phones now, so we should know what we're talking about !! If you feel that our description does not match the phone then I'm sorry but our experience of phones greatly outweighs yours. Phones are generally graded - average, good, very good, excellent and of course, for brand new phone.. brand new.
No guarantees are given with regard to extras such as mains and in-car chargers, leather cases, bluetooth headsets, hands-free devices etc. These are purely sold as seen. Batteries are also not guaranteed they are consumables after all and will not last forever, but all phones are sold with a working battery, however it is impossible with the large volume of phones we see, to test the lifespan of each individual battery.
Returns are only accepted for faulty phones (7 days from receipt), not for phones you cannot understand how to work, or because you just don't like the phone, or because you have botched the phone either trying to unlock it or corrupted it uploading ringtones and pictures. We do not offer a "try before you buy" service. All phones are security marked on the main circuit board (Nokia phones have their FAID recorded as well), to prevent fraud by some unscrupulous people.
As of 1st January 2007, and in line with both PayPal and eBay policy, the buyer must return any faulty item at their expense.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SEND US PRIVATE EMAIL MESSAGES, ALL CORRESPONDENCE MUST BE MADE USING THE EBAY MESSAGE SYSTEM. ALL NON-EBAY AND NON-PAYPAL EMAILS ARE INSTANTLY DELETED BY OUR SPAM (KILL) FILTER.
All phones are sent by recorded delivery (for this you get up to £39 insurance cover), or for more expensive phones next day by 1.00pm Special Delivery (up to £500 insurance cover), and this is clearly stated on the auction page. Delivery costs are non-negotiable, but because we have a large turnover of phone each day we have had to introduce a 'Seller's Standard Rate' policy, which means that all phone regardless of weight or cost are charged at the same rate. We apologise for this, but its the only way we can get your phone to you with the minimum of delay and saves on administration for ourselves. Don't forget as well, that as a business our costs will always be higher than Fred Bloggs packaging his items in his bedroom with tatty used packaging ;) We have overheads that have to be costed accordingly, and we always use brand new packaging. All phones are posted separately, therefore we cannot offer postage discounts on any of our phones. Accessory items do have volume quantity discounts and these are already stated on each item's auction page.
Fascias, keypads and other separate accessories & spare parts as we know are fragile items therefore, if you purchase one from us and it is damaged or lost in the post despite our careful packing, we will not issue a free replacement UNLESS you have purchased postal insurance. If you have purchased insurance, then we will send you a replacement totally free of charge and at our expense.
We DO NOT accept personal callers or pick ups though, sorry.
We do not accept any personal or business cheques any more either.
We do not offer any 'trade' discounts, or accept any 'offers' on our items.
