note that Other 24 hours do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Royal
Mail First Class items may be delivered on a Saturday by your local post office.

get the best shipping rate with us as we only charge what we pay to the courier
and the cost of packing materials. Your item will be carefully packed and
dispatched in a timely manner. Your order will normally be posted within 1-2
business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information.
Orders are
not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

surcharge if the products weight is more than 2Kgs.

the total products weight is more than 2Kgs.

If you are from any of the above postcodes, please contact us so that we can
send you a Paypal invoice. Any orders processed from these postcodes will
unnecessarily be delayed or result in cancellation of the order if the surcharge
is not paid.
Warranty
and Returns

items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a
saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.

Goods
must be returned carriage paid.

Refund
of purchase price less a 10% restocking fee will be refunded by the same
method as the payment was made.

Postage
and Packing will not be refunded.
Faulty
Goods

All
goods are new and unused unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be
damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us within 7 days of
receipt.

Goods

accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for
exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original
