Rutterkin store is constantly evolving, with new items added all the time, so if there is something you don’t see that you want or you think you should see at Rutterkin Store, tell me and I will do my best to find it. Hopefully Rutterkin Store will continue to expand into all sorts of weird and wonderful stuff, so ideas and suggestions are always welcome.
Payment
I accept payment by Paypal from buyers worldwide, and in addition accept payment by cheque or postal order from buyers in the UK
Postage
My aim is to offer the cheapest possible postage costs, and many of my items are available with the cheapest postage rates on ebay. In addition I will always offer postage discounts for multiple purchases, so please request an invoice when buying several items and I will quote you the best possible combined postage price.
I also offer flat rate postage on certain items such as greetings cards and patches, so you can buy as many of these as you want and only pay postage for one item.
I always try to post items the next day or even the same day I receive payment if I can, but I do still work full time as well as running Rutterkin Store, so I cannot guarantee to post items every day.
Feedback
I do try to leave good feedback as soon as possible, but as I have a large number of feedback ratings to leave every week I admit that I often do not find the time to leave feedback right away. For this I can only apologise in advance and assure everyone that I will leave feedback when I find the time.
Rutterkin Store returns policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt on all new goods. Buyer to pay return postage costs. A Full refund of the Buy It Now or Final Bid price will be given on return of item in new condition in its original packaging. But please email me with details of any problem before returning any item.
Used items offered for auction are sold as seen. Returns are not accepted on used items unless the item is significantly not as described.

Application Instructions for all Iron on Patches
Several people have asked me to provide instructions for using the iron on patches I sell, so here at long last are general guidelines for ironing them on;
1, Place Patch where desired on garment, with coated side down.
2, Set iron to cotton setting or as instructed on care label of garment.
3, Place a damp cloth over the patch and iron on,
applying pressure for 20 to 25 seconds
(or longer if temperature is low)
4, Allow to cool
5, Turn garment inside out iron again for 20 to 25 seconds with a damp cloth over the area.
6, Allow to cool
Please note these instructions are a general guide only, I sell a huge variety of patches and ironing times / temperatures will vary depending on the fabric type you are ironing onto.
