Delivery & Postage
All Items bought will be sent out as soon as possible, Please note this can take up to five working days. We send items Monday-Friday, if orders have been received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday the item will be sent on the Monday. If the Monday is a bank holiday your order will be sent on the Tuesday.All orders will require a signature on delivery. We are extremely meticulous about the way that we send our items so they are secure and cannot come to any damage. When returning items, we will need to have contact with you before you dispatch. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. All items must be sent back in perfect condition with all tags in tact and no damage to the item in any way; please return item in the original packaging. We also request that the item not be worn unless tried on for size. We can tell if an item has been worn and then returned. We will not accept items which have been washed,steamed, ironed or dry cleaned. We do not refund lingerie, jewellery, swim wear, sunglasses or books unless there is a fault. We do not refund sales items. We are not responsible for any loss during postage and any item which is damaged in the post must be returned with the postman at the time of delivery so that it can be returned to us and we can make a claim against them. We will not be able to refund if you have not done so. If you would like to return goods we will not pay for the return postage unless an item is faulty.
Returns must be sent to the following address: HCL, 78 York Street, London, W1H 1PD. Please note that is in your best interest to send returned items with tracking details as we are not responsible for loss of post.
You have the right to cancel an order up until the time of dispatch. Once the order has been sent by our mail house we cannot recall it.
