Variation of Terms

By bidding on one of my items, you are accepting this variation of ebay terms.

The Buyer is the first person to rate, once the goods have been received. The Seller then rates the Buyer on the complete process.

The main reason for this is, if the Buyer receives faulty goods, and a returns process is required, the returns process is also rated. Thus a rating may not only be judged on the auction, but also the after sales service. Rating is then minimized to the single event. (Added 13-03-05)

Listings may contain items I sell elsewhere, and temporary stock shortages may occur, usually with re-stocking in 3-5 working days.

If I am out of stock of any item, notification shall be sent with options to choose.
